BOS chairman Adam Bond resigned citing "a co-opting of a majority of the board by tribal interests". Resident Allin Frawley asked Selectman Duphily to clarify her contacts with Stephen Graham and the tribe. Duphily and other BOS members outlined their contacts with the tribe which included social events and small gifts - except for Pat Rogers who wisely stayed clear of any appearance of impropriety.
The following week, from which this clip comes, resident Mike Solimini asks that the minutes be amended to include more detail of the discussion.
I wonder if the treatment of Solimini would have been different if he were in favor of the casino?
